Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Measurement and Communications Foreman to lead field activities across STX operations. You will oversee installation, maintenance, calibration, and regulatory compliance of measurement systems while guiding field technicians and contractors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on oil/gas measurement experience, strong troubleshooting and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. Base locations include Three Rivers, Dilley, or Carrizo Springs with travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Relevant field experience in oil and gas measurement and/or communications.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience leading field personnel, crews, or contractors in an operational environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities related to gas and liquid measurement and communications systems.
• Supervise and support field technicians and contractors performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Coordinate measurement and communications work to support safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot meters, analyzers, transmitters, radio, and cellular assets.
• Ensure meter calibration, proving, inspection, and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support commissioning and startup of new facilities, equipment, and system upgrades.
