DIHO Consulting USA LLC in Cedar Creek, Texas is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Technician to perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials at various project sites.

The role requires strong attention to safety and documentation; candidates with ACI/NICET/TxDOT certifications are strongly preferred and dependable transportation is required. You will work outdoors and be on-call as project needs require.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience.
• Experience with soils, concrete, asphalt, and field testing procedures.
• ACI certification preferred; NICET or TxDOT certifications preferred.
• Dependable transportation and ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials.
• Conduct concrete testing: slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, cylinders.
• Perform soil compaction tests using sand cone or nuclear gauge.
• Complete Proctor testing, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis, and soil testing.
• Perform asphalt density testing and pavement core sampling.
• Monitor pile installation and document capacity, penetration, and blow counts.
• Prepare accurate field and laboratory reports.
• Communicate updates to dispatch, management, and onsite clients.
• Maintain safety procedures and professional conduct on site.
