Job summary

Kleinfelder’s Oklahoma City Office is seeking a hardworking Technician to perform routine to complex testing of construction materials in the field, providing design parameters for Geotechnical teams. Travel may be required; nights and weekends possible to meet client deadlines.

The role requires 1-5 years of experience, solid MS Office skills, basic math, and ability to read test procedures. A high school diploma is required; certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction materials testing experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook.
• Basic to intermediate math skills.
• The ability to read and understand a test procedure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex testing of construction materials in the field for verification of conformity to specs.
• Complete tests including data sheets and basic calculations for reporting.
• Maintain cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, and contractors.
• Work with a team in a fast-paced environment toward common goals.
• Possess a dynamic multi-tasking work style and adaptability.
