Job summary

Kleinfelder's Tulsa office is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Technician to perform routine to complex testing of construction materials in the field, verifying conformance to specs and supporting Geotechnical teams.

Requirements include 1-5 years' experience, basic to intermediate computer skills, and the ability to read test procedures; travel and occasional night/weekend work may be needed. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of construction materials testing experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand a test procedure.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper procedures for testing construction materials.
• Perform accurate computations using basic to intermediate math.
• Maintain cordial relationships with co-workers, clients, and contractors.
• Work with a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Complete tests including data sheets and basic calculations for reporting.
