Job summary

Atlas is seeking a CMT Field Technician to assist with field and laboratory testing of construction materials, including soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates, to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards. ACI Field Grade 1 Certification is required and on-the-job training is provided.

The role offers hands-on growth, travel to job sites up to 50%, and opportunities to obtain additional certifications (ICC, TxDOT) with company support.

Qualifications

• ACI Field Grade 1 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
• 02 years of construction industry experience; ability to read and comprehend.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform construction materials testing for soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates.
• Assist senior technicians with sampling, testing, and inspection activities.
• Record and submit accurate testing data and field observations.
• Follow procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Travel to job sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Develop technical skills and obtain industry certifications with company support.
• Work collaboratively with team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain testing equipment and keep work areas clean, organized.
