Job summary

ProFormance Builder Solutions is seeking a Field Technician to handle material delivery and QC on new construction sites. You will follow routes, complete work orders in Skedulo, and assist with warehouse pickups as needed.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift materials. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required, with safety and SOP adherence emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport materials.
• Weekend and Holiday work may be required as needed.
• Familiarity with delivery and job management systems such as Skedulo.

Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver building materials daily to new construction homes following routes and work order durations.
• Visit job sites daily to ensure work orders are completed on schedule and QC checks meet standards.
• Upload photo documentation and report back to management per SOPs.
• Communicate material shortages, overages, and discrepancies to Area Manager.
• Adhere to safety policies, dress code, and company SOPs.
