Job summary

Hmh Contractors, Inc. is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver/Material Assistant to safely transport mechanical fabrications, construction materials, tools, and equipment between facilities, vendors, and active jobsites.

In addition to driving responsibilities, this role involves warehouse organization, material and tool management, and basic maintenance of tools and small equipment to support field operations daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work daily.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Complete deliveries and pickups between facilities, vendors, and jobsites.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Receive, stage, organize, and prepare materials for field operations.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with tool accountability.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on tools and small engines.
• Coordinate with office, warehouse, and field personnel to support daily needs.
• Maintain clean and safe vehicles, warehouse areas, and workspaces.
