You will work with branch managers to identify agents needing brand support and coach them on digital strategies, online profiles, and client testimonials.

You will conduct annual digital scorecard reviews, create recruiting and marketing campaigns with the creative team, and travel locally to support multiple offices in Utah.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing or communications, field marketing preferred.
• Real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify agents needing strategic marketing and brand support with leadership.
• Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies and Core 4 elements.
• Help agents build digital marketing strategies and online profiles.
• Review agents' digital scorecards to drive improvements.
• Prepare monthly calendars of marketing and training opportunities.
