Aramark LifeWorks Restaurant Group is seeking a Field Marketing Manager II to support client marketing initiatives, product innovation, merchandising and promotions. This role acts as a liaison between Aramark Marketing and client account locations, ensuring client and consumer needs align with company standards.

The position emphasizes collaboration, campaigns, and data-driven marketing strategies to grow sales and brand presence at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience.
• 2–3 direct reports management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing.
• Proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI.
• Proactive, creative, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and client interaction skills.
• Proficient with social media and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducts marketing research and data collection: focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend development, pricing analysis.
• Strategic planning, innovation and creativity: develop marketing plans and campaigns to promote locations.
• Sales support: develop annual campaigns and RFP responses, client business reviews.
• Marketing: coordinate events, collateral, media, PR, website updates, and social media marketing.
• Builds relationships with clients, department heads and community groups.
