Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist in Blackwood, NJ to drive homeowner interest and schedule roof inspections. This full‑time role blends door‑to‑door outreach with CRM entry, targeting about 100 homes daily and 2–3 appointments, using an iPad and SalesRabbit.

Work with the Marketing department, receive a company vehicle, and earn on‑target earnings of $80,000–$100,000 per year with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident in door-to-door conversations with homeowners.
• Reliable attendance and coachable attitude.
• Able to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors.
• Proficient with iPad, SalesRabbit and digital scheduling forms.
• Prior canvassing or sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 9:45AM and join Team Lead huddle.
• Receive iPad, confirm access and SalesRabbit route details.
• Travel by company van within designated route.
• Plan to knock 100 homes daily and log entries in SalesRabbit.
• Average 2-3 appointments per day with accurate records.
• Return iPad and participate in daily recap.
