Job summary

Allstar Services in Blackwood, NJ is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive homeowner engagement through door-to-door outreach and scheduling free roof inspections. You will work from a centralized office and travel in a company van within assigned neighborhoods.

You will log activities in SalesRabbit, maintain accurate records, and aim for 2–3 appointments per day while building relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications

Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners door to door.
Reliable attendance and coachable attitude.
Ability to walk assigned neighborhoods and work outdoors in various conditions.
Proficient with iPad and digital scheduling tools (SalesRabbit).
Prior canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the designated meeting place and join the Team Lead huddle by 9:45 AM.
Receive an iPad, confirm system access and understand the assigned SalesRabbit route.
Travel by company van to the assigned neighborhood and remain within the route unless approved to change.
Plan to knock 100 homes daily and log each entry in SalesRabbit with disposition and notes.
Average 2–3 appointments per day while maintaining complete homeowner and property information.
Return the iPad to the Team Lead and participate in daily recap.
