Position Summary

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and growing the Tire One dealer marketing program for U.S. AutoForce. This role works closely with the outside sales team by educating and engaging strategically-identified prospective dealers on the benefits of the program and managing all enrollments. Once enrolled, the Field Marketing Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for these dealers and a liaison for all official program vendors. This position will be responsible for advising dealers on how to best take advantage of all program benefits in order to help build their business while strategizing to strengthen their relationship with U.S. AutoForce.

This position will work remotely from Colorado (Denver preferred) with expectations to travel to dealers within the West Region on a monthly basis.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Field position based on predetermined territory to focus on program growth and engagement
  2. Collaborate with outside sales team to identify prospects, successfully enroll, train, as well as helping members maximize program offerings
  3. Build relationships with participating vendors and become the field expert on all benefit details
  4. Provide monthly reporting on each Tire One member’s performance and utilization of all other program benefits
  5. Manage dealer 80/20 co-op funds, submissions and assist with reimbursement process
  6. Partner with social media vendor to help with content and posting for participating members
  7. Collect intelligence on competitor programs and summarize information in monthly report
  8. Cultivate U.S. Venture’s values while inspiring, empowering, recognizing, guiding team members

  13. Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales & marketing experience
  • Highly organized and motivated to take initiatives
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals in technology, advertising, promotions, and events
  • Ability to work independently, utilize mobile technologies for communication and manage time and resources effectively.

The annual base salary for this position starts at a minimum of $61,000. U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base annual salary only, and do not include bonus or incentives, if applicable. In addition to base compensation, U.S. Venture offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare benefits, available your first day on the job, 401(k) with Generous Employer Contribution and Match, and Paid Vacation, Sick time and Holidays.
