Job summary

Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support luxury real estate marketing for agents across New Jersey. The role collaborates with branch managers to diagnose and implement campaigns, while onboarding new agents and delivering email marketing, social media, and other marketing services.

You will work with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns, update media assets, and ensure branding standards across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, creative agency or communications (field marketing preferred).
• Email Marketing Experience
• Social Media Management Experience
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to travel to designated office locations
• Familiar using design software such as Adobe InDesign
• Proficient with modern digital tools such as Dropbox, Slack, Asana, G-Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch company and corporate Marketing Campaigns
• Communicate regularly with managers on key initiatives, challenges and regional events
• Manage and execute content creation on social media
• Evaluate and champion existing and new marketing services or products

Field Marketing Specialist

Full Time Edgewater, Edgewater, NJ, US

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

As a Field Marketing Specialist you will support and execute strategic initiatives for the agents of the offices you support by leveraging the iconic luxury brand and tools of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. Being passionate about luxury and real estate marketing should be an understatement. As a member of the marketing team you will collaborate with managers and staff to achieve marketing at the highest level for our clients, agents and company.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Agent Support

• Work with branch managers to support agents to diagnose, strategize and execute marketing initiatives
• Provide concierge level onboarding to newly affiliated real estate agents
• Provide direct support to agents in Email Marketing, Social Media and other marketing services offered by the company
• Consult with agents on a regular basis to identify their marketing needs and provide direct support by leveraging company tools and resources
• Help create more range, reach and influence online, via social, reviews and other digital advertising opportunities
• Helping to coordinate the updating and auditing of marketing media, such as bios, headshots photos, and videos
• Company or office trainings on new marketing tools and theory
• Develop and launch company and corporate Marketing Campaigns

Company Support

• Communicating regularly with the managers on key initiatives, challenges and regional events
• In collaboration with the team manage and execute content creation on social media
• Evaluate and champion existing and new marketing services or products such as, Email Marketing, CRMs, Social media management platforms
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to iterate on processes, systems, and cross-department collaboration to maximize efficiencies and ROI
• Use brand resources and tools to execute content creation to provide additional marketing exposure for the properties we represent
• Apply brand templates and quality control content across all marketing channels including: email, digital and print advertising/ editorial, website design and social media
• Adhere, advocate and implement the Sotheby’s International Realty brand standards and all rules and regulations of the real estate commission, associations and MLS

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5 + years’ experience in marketing, creative agency or communications (field marketing preferred)
• Email Marketing Experience
• Social Media Management Experience

• Ability to work in a team and individually
