Re-Bath is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to expand our brand presence across multiple retail locations. You will engage customers, educate staff, train partners, and support in-store displays while driving lead generation and scheduled in-home consultations.

You should be a personable self-starter with strong communication skills, able to work independently, possess a valid driver's license, and enjoy a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you’ll play a vital role in expanding our reach and enhancing our brand presence. Your outgoing personality and engagement skills will help drive success in the following key areas:

• Engage- Approach and Engage customers in the store, introducing them to our program. Educating them on our services and setting them up with *Free In-Home Consultations*
• Lead the Charge- Enlighten and inspire staff about the Re-Bath program, transforming them into passionate brand advocates!
• Train & Support- Conduct engaging training sessions that empower our partners and keep everyone in the loop about innovative practices.
• Represent Us- Ensure retail events showcase our brand’s excellence and maintain stunning in-store displays.
• Track Success- Record and report daily activities and lead generation with your upbeat flair!

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience or lead generation capabilities.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a dependable vehicle.

Preferred: Experience in retail marketing or brand representation.
