We're adding Field Marketing Representatives to our growing team. No previous roofing or sales experience is required - we're looking for people who are willing to learn, communicate with homeowners, and represent Rose professionally in the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Visit designated neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
• Share information about complimentary exterior inspections.
• Schedule interested homeowners with our sales team.
• Work alongside other members of the Rose field team.
• Learn practical communication and sales skills along the way.

What the Role Does Not Require

This is a ground-level position. You will not be expected to climb roofs or carry ladders.

Our experienced team handles inspections, estimates, insurance-related discussions, contracts, and project management.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly plus performance-based bonuses.

Transportation

You do not need a driver's license or personal vehicle to qualify for this position but highly recommended.

Carpooling/team transportation is available in many areas. Team members are responsible for getting to the designated meeting point for their local team. We'll discuss the specific arrangements for your area during the interview process.
