Job summary

Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our field team. No roofing or sales experience is required. We provide training and support to help you start earning in a friendly, outdoor setting.

You will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, discuss complimentary exterior inspections, and help schedule follow-up with our sales team. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are available, with opportunities to grow in the role.

Rose Roofing & Restoration is looking for motivated people to join our field team as Entry Level Sales Representative. No roofing or sales experience is required. We'll provide the training and support you need to get started.

This is a people-focused, outdoor role where you'll connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods and help schedule complimentary exterior inspections with our team.

What You'll Do

• Visit designated neighborhoods with the Rose team.
• Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners.
• Let homeowners know about complimentary exterior inspections available in their area.
• Help schedule interested homeowners with a member of our sales team.
• Learn the fundamentals of communication, customer interaction, and field sales.

What the Role Does Not Require

You won't be climbing roofs or carrying ladders. Your role is focused on starting conversations and creating opportunities for our sales team.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly plus performance-based bonuses.

Transportation

A driver's license and personal vehicle are not required for this role but highly recommended.

Team transportation/carpooling is available in many areas. You will need to be able to get to the designated meeting location for your local team. Specific transportation arrangements and field locations can be discussed during the interview process.
