Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing is seeking a motivated individual to speak with homeowners in designated neighborhoods and introduce our services. You will work with a field team and leadership while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and drive results.

No extensive sales experience is required; we are looking for energetic, coachable, and reliable candidates who can quickly learn our process and contribute to the team’s success.

What You'll Do

Compensation

• $600 guaranteed weekly base
• $500 commission per appointment that results in a front-line sale
• Additional commission opportunities

Schedule

Full-time, consistent schedule with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.
