Job summary
Ecos Remodeling is seeking a motivated full-time sales representative to perform door-to-door canvassing across California and the Dallas area. You will engage customers face-to-face, promote remodeling services, and drive lead generation with a goal-oriented mindset.
The role offers Sunday–Thursday hours (10:30 am–7 pm), no remote work, and pay between $18 and $25 per hour with daily bonuses and commissions. Training and development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people face-to-face.

- Represent Ecos Remodeling in Southern California, Northern California, and the Dallas area.

Door To Door Canvassing
Work hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 am-7 pm - FRIDAY & SATURDAY OFF!
Our company is a large, well-known home improvement and remodeling construction company serving all of Southern California, Northern California, and the Dallas area. We are looking for "unique characters" and motivated individuals to help grow our rapidly expanding company.
Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, goal-driven people person to join our team. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to intimately relate to people face-to-face. If you are an introvert or shy, this job might not be right for you :(
The starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, which includes daily bonuses and generous commissions.
Full-time only, no remote work.
