Job summary

ZTR Group is hiring Field Marketing Rep / Roofing Canvasser to speak with homeowners, identify roofing needs, and schedule qualified roof inspections for our sales team. This is a part-time role with evenings, Monday–Friday, roughly 2:00–7:00 PM, around 25 hours per week.

Earn $18–$22/hour plus daily bonuses, 1% commission on roofing and Pro Outdoor Living sales from your leads, plus incentives and paid training. Advancement opportunities are available within the company.

You are NOT selling roofs at the door. Your job is to speak with homeowners, identify potential roofing needs and schedule qualified roof inspections for our sales team.

COMPENSATION

• $18–$22/hour
• 1% commission on roofing sales generated from your leads
• 1% commission on Pro Outdoor Living sales generated from your leads
• Daily appointment bonuses: $25–$375+ per day

Bonuses and commissions are paid ON TOP of hourly pay.

Previous D2D experience is highly preferred. Roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, windows, home improvement or other canvassing experience is a major plus.
