The Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager (FMPM) plays a pivotal role in building brand presence through field activations, experiential marketing, and high impact partnerships. Acting as the local face of the brand, this individual will be responsible for driving consumer engagement, executing sampling and events, and forging partnerships that expand Gorilla Energy’s cultural footprint.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional marketing plans, overseeing sampling programs, activating local events, and managing sponsorships to establish Gorilla Energy as a bold market presence. The FMPM works closely with part time BA, agencies, sales team, and headquarters functions to ensure seamless execution of product launches, regional promotions, and partnerships.
This role demands a proactive, collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments. With opportunities for growth, the FML plays a critical role in driving Gorilla Energy’s mission of fueling the grind and building a competitive edge in the energy drink market.
