TheFieldMarketing&PartnershipsManager(FMPM)playsapivotalroleinbuildingbrandpresencethroughfieldactivations,experientialmarketing,andhigh impactpartnerships.Actingasthelocalfaceofthebrand,thisindividualwillberesponsiblefordrivingconsumerengagement,executingsamplingandevents,andforgingpartnershipsthatexpandGorillaEnergy’sculturalfootprint.

Keyresponsibilitiesincludedevelopingandexecutingregionalmarketingplans,overseeingsamplingprograms,activatinglocalevents,andmanagingsponsorshipstoestablishGorillaEnergyasaboldmarketpresence.TheFMPMworkscloselywithparttimeBA,agencies,salesteam,andheadquartersfunctionstoensureseamlessexecutionofproductlaunches,regionalpromotions,andpartnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadthecommunicationofmarketinginitiativestothesalesteamanddistributors,ensuringalignmentwithbrandstrategy.
  • EnsureFMMsamplingexecutionfollowsbrandstrategyandprogramguidelines.
  • Developandexecuteregionalpromotionalplans,includingstrategiesforeventsandnewproductdevelopments(NPD).
  • Overseeandleadmarketingprogramssuchasproductlaunchesandmulti-platformpromotions.
  • EvaluateandmanagelocalsponsorshipagreementstoalignwithbrandgoalsanddeliverROI.
  • Planandexecuteeventactivations,workingcloselywithsalestosupporttrainings,incentives,andactivations.
  • Collaboratewithoperations,sales,third-partyagencies,andHQtodevelopsalestoolsandmarketingprograms.
  • EnsureallmarketingactivitiesalignwithGorillaEnergy’sbrandstrategyandstandards.
  • Analyzemarketingeffortsanduseinsightstooptimizefutureinitiatives.

  • Salaryrange:$68,000.00-USD$100,000
