Eon.io is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to craft and run in-person events that showcase our cloud infrastructure backup solutions for enterprise customers. You will shape experiences, drive registrations, and build brand momentum in a competitive market.

You’ll own end-to-end logistics, from venues and swag to vendor management, and collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment with growth goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event or field marketing experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and vendors.
• Clear, proactive communication in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer-facing events to drive growth and brand awareness.
• Support industry conference engagement including pre/during/post activities.
• Own event logistics: venues, swag, guest lists, and websites.
• Develop event marketing materials to drive registrations and attendance.
• Identify sponsorship and event opportunities aligned with our brand.
