Employment Type: Full-time
Benefits
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, commercially oriented, and execution-focused Field Marketing Manager (for a new project) to own and scale our field marketing initiatives. This is an IC role.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across industry events, executive roundtables, conferences, account-based marketing campaigns, partner engagement, customer advocacy, and regional demand generation.
You will be responsible for creating meaningful opportunities for enterprise marketing and business leaders to engage with Lifesight, understand our solutions, and build lasting relationships with our team.
However, the responsibility extends beyond bringing people together. You will ensure that every marketing initiative contributes to a broader commercial objective, whether generating qualified pipeline, accelerating existing opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, supporting account expansion, or building brand credibility.
You will work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Agency Partnerships, and Data Science teams to ensure our field marketing activities are closely aligned with business priorities.
A distinctive element of the role is the opportunity to apply marketing measurement and incrementality methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of our own field programs. We aim to understand not only who attended an event, but also what business impact the activity generated.
The ideal candidate is someone who can own an event from the first idea to the final pipeline report—and make every interaction count.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Marketing Strategy and Regional Planning
- Develop and execute an integrated US field marketing strategy aligned with regional sales objectives, demand generation priorities, and revenue targets.
- Own and manage the annual and quarterly US field marketing calendar, encompassing hosted events, industry conferences, executive engagement programs, partner initiatives, and targeted account-based campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales leadership and Account Executives to identify priority industries, geographic markets, target accounts, and enterprise buyer segments.
- Translate commercial priorities into measurable field marketing initiatives supporting new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and account expansion.

- Manage field marketing budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, event contracts, and program expenditure.
- Establish scalable regional marketing playbooks and processes that can be replicated across other markets.
2. Event Management and Executive Engagement
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of US field marketing events, including executive dinners, CMO and CFO roundtables, regional workshops, grassroots meetups, customer events, conferences, and industry networking programs.
- Build and maintain an active calendar of approximately 2–4 hosted events per month during peak activity periods.
- Organise executive dinners for approximately 12–15 participants and regional roundtables for 30–40 senior marketing and business leaders.

- Coordinate participation in relevant industry conferences, including NRF, Shoptalk, eTail, CommerceNext, Groceryshop, ANA events, and other relevant marketing and commerce forums.

- Support the planning and execution of a flagship customer and industry event in 2027.
- Maintain consistently high standards of attendee experience, brand representation, and operational delivery.
3. Account-Based Marketing and Target Account Engagement
Design and execute targeted account-based marketing programs focused on strategic enterprise prospects and priority customer segments.
- Work with Account Executives and SDRs to identify named target accounts, buying committees, key decision-makers, and relevant engagement opportunities.
- Build high-quality invitation lists aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP), prioritising CMOs, CFOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth, Marketing Analytics Leaders, and senior business decision-makers.
- Develop personalised engagement programs, including exclusive roundtables, executive networking opportunities, account-specific campaigns, and curated industry experiences.
- Leverage account intelligence, engagement signals, and CRM insights to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales teams on coordinated outreach across email, LinkedIn, partner channels, and relevant digital touchpoints.
- Monitor account engagement, stakeholder participation, and progression towards qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
- Support re-engagement initiatives for dormant prospects and account expansion programs for existing customers.
4. Pipeline Generation and Revenue Contribution
- Work closely with Sales teams to establish clear commercial objectives before each field marketing program.
- Define target accounts, expected meetings, qualification criteria, opportunity objectives, and follow-up responsibilities for each event or campaign.
- Implement structured pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up processes to maximise qualified sales conversations.
- Ensure the first coordinated follow-up wave is initiated within three business days of each event.
- Track event-sourced and event-influenced opportunities using Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to maintain accurate campaign data, attendance records, lead attribution, and opportunity tracking.
- Analyse engagement-to-meeting, meeting-to-opportunity, and opportunity-to-revenue conversion performance.
- Develop campaigns that help accelerate active opportunities through executive engagement, relevant content, customer references, and peer-to-peer interactions.
- Measure the commercial effectiveness of field marketing investments through qualified meetings, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and marketing ROI.
5. Content Amplification and Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to translate field marketing activities into reusable marketing assets.
- Develop post-event content plans covering event recaps, executive insights, newsletters, social media posts, podcasts, customer discussions, and thought leadership opportunities.

- Collaborate with external speakers, customers, partners, and industry experts to strengthen the relevance and reach of field marketing content.
- Ensure all event-related communications and materials follow approved product messaging, brand guidelines, and communication standards.
6. Community Development and Customer Advocacy
- Use field marketing programs to build and strengthen relationships with customers, prospective customers, agency partners, and industry communities.
- Support the development of executive networks, customer advisory councils, peer-learning groups, and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to involve existing customers in roundtables, panels, research programs, and customer success discussions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to support customer engagement, retention, and account expansion through relevant field initiatives.
- Develop engagement opportunities that encourage ongoing participation beyond individual events.
- Maintain structured attendee engagement and relationship records to support future marketing programs and community development.
7. Partner and Ecosystem Marketing
- Collaborate with agency partners, technology partners, industry associations, consultants, and other ecosystem participants to expand market reach.
- Identify opportunities for joint events, executive discussions, research-led campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing programs.
- Coordinate with Partnerships and Sales teams to engage relevant enterprise audiences through partner networks.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment, audience quality, engagement potential, and pipeline contribution.
- Build relationships with relevant event organisers, industry communities, executive networks, and marketing associations across the United States.
- Monitor partner-led engagement and its contribution to qualified sales opportunities.
8. Marketing Measurement, Analytics and Continuous Improvement
- Develop a structured measurement framework for evaluating field marketing performance across events, campaigns, and account engagement programs.
