Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for an in-person marketing role in the Pittsburgh area. You will develop and implement creative strategies to boost brand awareness, promote top-rated products to new and existing clients, and participate in ongoing training to advance professionally.

You’ll deliver engaging, face-to-face presentations to showcase our offerings, with a base wage of $17.25–$22.00 per hour plus potential bonuses. This is an on-site position with a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Confident public speaking ability.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and self-development.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule: Monday–Friday (11 AM – 7 PM) and 4 weekend days per month (9AM – 3PM).

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17.25–$22.00/hr base pay ($25–$35+/hr total when including bonuses)
