Home Genius Exteriors in the Northeastern United States is seeking an in-person marketing professional to develop and implement creative strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement. You will present our offerings directly to clients in face-to-face interactions.

You will promote top-rated products, participate in weekly training, and receive bonuses on top of base pay; the role includes a dynamic schedule and a strong growth path within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident public speaking ability.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning and self-development.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule: Monday–Friday (11 AM – 7 PM) and 4 weekend days per month (9AM – 3PM).

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17.25–$22.00/hr base pay ($25–$35+/hr total when including bonuses)
