Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh is hiring for an in-person marketing role designed to build brand awareness and engage customers directly. You’ll develop and present creative campaigns, promote our products, and participate in regular training to sharpen your skills while growing professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17.25–$22.00/hr base pay ($25–$35+/hr total when including bonuses)
• Daily, weekly and monthly milestone bonuses that vary
