Job summary

Valorx is seeking an experienced Field Marketer to own the end-to-end sponsorship engine for the Salesforce ecosystem. You will source, negotiate, contract, and execute 12–15 sponsorships annually across four regions, while driving pre-event campaigns and on-site activities.

You will own the follow-up system, nurture leads within 48 hours, and coordinate with SDRs for effective meetings. This role is remote with ~30% travel and potential to grow into Head of Field Marketing.

Qualifications

• Owned 8+ sponsored B2B conference presences end-to-end (sourcing, negotiation, booth, staff, campaigns).
• Sourced $1M+ event-driven pipeline in a year with ROI metrics.
• Able to walk through revenue impact from events end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the calendar: negotiate 12-15 sponsorships annually across four regions.
• Drive pre-event demand: 6-week campaigns per event with named accounts.
• Manage on-site execution: booths, staffing, demos, lead routing.
• Lead follow-up: 48-hour nurture, 5-day first-touch handoff.
• Develop webinars and partner events with Salesforce ecosystem.
