AVID Energy Solutions in Sutton, MA is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead canvassing, events and community outreach across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The role focuses on building a home energy program, generating qualified appointments, and leading a growing field team.

The position offers a path to department leadership, hands-on fieldwork, travel within the territory, and growth opportunities within a Mass Save® program-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of canvassing, field marketing, event marketing, outside sales or related roles.
• Experience leading, training or supervising employees is a plus.
• Ability to generate leads or appointments via face-to-face outreach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a program from the ground up.
• Willingness to perform hands-on fieldwork during the first year.
• Strong communication, coaching, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and the public; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead canvassing and lead-generation efforts via home outreach and events.
• Represent and promote AVID Energy Solutions at fairs, shows and community events.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop field representatives; set performance targets.
• Track activity, appointments, conversion rates and event ROI; report to management.
• Build partnerships with municipalities, businesses and event coordinators.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, budgets and lead handoffs to intake.
