Job summary

Hyperbound is hiring a Field Marketer to create and execute the company’s events calendar, from conferences and trade shows to dinners, partner events, and hosted activations. You’ll bring ideas to life, manage venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site logistics to create memorable experiences that move the pipeline.

You’ll work with the Field Marketing Manager and Sales to shape Hyperbound’s in-person presence, build relationships with attendees, and help generate qualified meetings.

Qualifications

• Events experience: You've delivered events, experiential marketing programs, or community experiences.
• Strong project management: manage multiple events, budgets, timelines, and teams.
• Creative judgment: bring original ideas and make them work for audience and budget.
• Commercial mindset: understand how events build brand and pipeline.
• High agency: identify gaps and move work forward.
• Hands-on execution: negotiate venues, coordinate shipments, and on-site setup.
• An instinct for improvement: use feedback to refine future events.
