Job summary

Playa Bowls, LLC. is seeking a Field Marketing Intern to drive local community involvement and expand brand awareness in Castle Rock and surrounding markets.

You will build partnerships with schools, gyms, clubs, and influencers, manage the local marketing calendar, and coordinate catering and event opportunities. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career, outgoing, comfortable on camera, and excited to grow with a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, catering, hospitality marketing, or related field.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel between Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and Parker.
• Comfort on camera and hands-on video content creation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a master contact list of local schools, universities, clubs, gyms, and offices.
• Generate inbound and outbound leads for events and catering opportunities.
• Vet partnerships and prioritize ones that drive traffic, sales, or visibility.
• Plan events end-to-end, including setup and breakdown.
• Create a calendar of catering and vending opportunities and manage on-site execution.
