Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Field Marketing and Event Manager to lead our in-store and event program across major retailer partnerships in a hybrid, in-market role based in Florida. You will recruit, train, and coach a field team, optimize lead generation, and deliver data-driven business reviews to maximize revenue from Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in field marketing, trade marketing, events, or big-box partnerships.
• 2+ years managing and developing a team, including hiring and performance management.
• Proven revenue growth in retail or in-store environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire a team of Field Marketing Representatives.
• Design and run onboarding and training covering product knowledge and lead generation.
• Coach through regular training, store visits, and performance reviews.
• Build schedules and coverage plans to maximize lead generation.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure leads convert and forecast activity.
• Forecast budgets and manage event costs and staffing.
• Lead performance reviews and develop targeted improvement plans.
