Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help financial professionals navigate tools, programs, and capabilities with practical recommendations aligned to business objectives.
• Respond to field inquiries and provide timely support navigating marketing programs, tools, and resources.
• Identify challenges and recurring questions, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
• Gather and synthesize field feedback to inform program enhancements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain field-facing materials, FAQs, playbooks, job aids, and user guides.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve field issues and improve support experiences.
