Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator based in one of our markets (Chicago preferred) to lead local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships that drive awareness and generate leads for the Sales team. You will execute go-to-market activations, manage on-site representation, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and partners to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in marketing or communications roles (marketing communications, brand marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing or public relations)
  • Proficiency (intermediate level or better) in Microsoft Office is required, and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be able to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout Clearwave Fiber and Point Broadband's territories.

Responsibilities

  • Execute field components of GTM campaigns — brand activations and launch support in new build and upgraded fiber areas
  • Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, community engagements — festivals, HOA meetings, chambers of commerce, school partnerships
  • Representing the brand on-site, generate and hand off warm leads to Sales, and capture content for the brand and social teams
  • Gather and report local market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, and customer sentiment
  • Execute all field activity within brand guidelines and maintain local asset inventory
  • Complete event recaps, lead tracking, and market reporting on time and with accuracy

The successful candidate will be located in one of our current markets - preference would be given to Chicago, IL; Kansas City, KS, Stanton, MI, and Bristol, VA.

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Field Marketing Coordinator who loves being out in the community and turning great ideas into memorable experiences. Reporting to the Manager, Field Marketing, you’ll help execute local events, sponsorships, community partnerships, and market activations that build awareness, strengthen relationships, and generate leads for our Sales teams.

From festivals and fiber launches to HOA meetings, school partnerships, and community events, you’ll be one of the faces of our brand in the field. You’ll show Ownership by taking pride in every activation from planning through follow-up, create Impact by turning community connections into measurable results, and bring the Intensity to execute with energy, urgency, and attention to detail. And because great marketing is a team sport, you’ll Win Together by partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, community partners, and teammates across the organization.
