OrthoCarolina is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to execute strategic initiatives and connect with communities served by our clinics and partner locations.

You will support social media, content capture, events, and recruitment marketing while coordinating field-based activations and day-to-day requests. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative, self-driven marketer with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • Experience creating or supporting social media content, including captions, photos, short-form video, scheduling, or content calendars preferred.
  • Experience supporting events, sponsorships, community outreach or field-based activations preferred.
  • Experience using social media scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with basic photo, video, design, or editing tools preferred; willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across OrthoCarolina clinics and community locations.
  • Support social media production, content capture, events, and print collateral projects.
  • Assist with community activations and recruitment marketing opportunities.
  • Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, providers, clinic teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Travel between locations and assist with events outside standard office settings.

To learn more about Team OC please visit https://www.orthocarolina.com/about-usJoin OrthoCarolina's Marketing team as a Field Marketing Coordinator, where you will play a key role in executing strategic marketing initiatives and fostering meaningful connections within the communities we serve.The Field Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives across OrthoCarolina clinics, community locations, partner activations, patient education programs, recruitment marketing opportunities, and internal team moments. This role provides hands-on coordination and execution support for social media, content capture, events, print and collateral projects, community-facing activations, patient education programs, recruitment marketing support, and day-to-day marketing requests.
