Job summary

Empower Dental Group in Southern California is seeking a proactive field marketing professional to drive community outreach and referral partnerships across multiple practices. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in field marketing, community outreach, or business development (healthcare or dental industry preferred).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily between practice locations across the Burbank / San Fernando Valley through Rancho Cucamonga service area.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills; comfortable initiating relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Experience planning and executing local events, health fairs, sponsorships, or grassroots marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with dental or medical referral marketing a plus.
• Proficient with CRM or lead-tracking tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic social media and content creation skills (photos/video for marketing channels) a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to independently manage a multi-location territory and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, community centers, and referral sources across the assigned territory.
• Represent EDG practices at local events, health fairs, and community sponsorships.
• Identify and pursue new partnership and co-marketing opportunities to drive patient referrals.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to each assigned office location to support local marketing needs and gather practice-level insights.
• Distribute marketing materials, signage, and promotional collateral to offices and partner locations.
• Travel throughout the Burbank / San Fernando Valley through Rancho Cucamonga service area on a regular, planned schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and staff local marketing events, open houses, and sponsorships.
• Support new patient acquisition campaigns at the local, office-by-office level.
• Track event attendance, leads generated, and follow-up outcomes.
• Capture photos and video at events and offices for use on social media and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on local social media content and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date online listings (Google Business Profile, etc.) for each assigned office.
• Track outreach activity, leads, and referral sources in the CRM or lead-tracking system.
• Report on campaign performance and territory activity to marketing and operations leadership.
• Collaborate with office managers, front office, and treatment coordination teams to align outreach efforts with each location's goals.
