Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to drive door-to-door canvassing, generating qualified sales opportunities in the designated territory. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and a base monthly incentive with mileage reimbursement.

The candidate will learn Renewal by Andersen products and promotions, work independently, and report to the Canvassing Program Manager. Base pay starts at $20 per hour, with OTE exceeding $80,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to navigate the territory.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self‑motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory.
• Travel to the territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen.
• Use mapping program and company applications to record house-to-house information.
• Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and comply with municipality permitting.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager to propose ideas to improve the program.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methods, products, and current promotions, including Signature Service expertise.
