Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to drive door-to-door canvassing, generate highly qualified leads, and record accurate data across territories. The role offers uncapped commission in addition to base pay and a defined OTE in the first year.

The candidate will navigate multiple platforms on tablets, maintain a professional appearance, and participate in regular meetings while representing Renewal by Andersen in a positive, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to navigate the territory.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self‑motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.

Responsibilities

• Vigorously generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in the assigned territory, producing qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
• Transport yourself to the assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
• Utilize the Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data tracking.
• Maintain a courteous, neat, clean appearance in the required uniform and obtain required municipality permitting.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager to propose ideas that improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program and policies.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and current promotional offerings, including becoming a Signature Service expert.
