Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to drive qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and data recording in an assigned territory. The role includes a base hourly pay plus uncapped commission, aiming for strong on-target earnings in the first year.

You will operate in the Grand Rapids area with driving incentives and a focus on delivering a professional image while using the company mapping program and business tools to capture accurate data and maximize

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to work independently in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory.
• Record accurate prospect information and data in company systems.
• Travel to assigned area and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
• Use mapping and business apps to maintain house-to-house data records.
• Attend company meetings and share ideas to improve canvassing effectiveness.
• Master Renewal by Andersen products and promotions; act as a Signature Service expert.
