Veeva Systems is seeking a Field Marketing Associate/Associate Manager to join a high-growth team. You will shape field marketing plans, help orchestrate events, webinars, and conferences, and collaborate across product marketing, creative, content and digital teams to drive demand.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage weekly reporting, and create engaging content for social channels while embracing a fast-paced environment and a work-from-anywhere model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing campaigns (or 1+ for Associate) and events.
• Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools.
• Self-directed with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience delivering content via LinkedIn.
• Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans, including events and webinars.
• Organize Veeva and industry events, handling logistics and reporting.
• Assist with weekly/monthly marketing program reporting and metrics.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative, content, and digital teams.
• Develop and edit marketing content (social posts, videos, templates).
• Support outreach programs to engage customers via LinkedIn and other channels.
