Job summary

The Field Marketing Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for communicating the advantages of shopping with TRS in a clean and concise manner across the local market area, while consistently portraying a positive representation of their local branch.

The Field Marketing Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective field marketing and indirect sales strategies that align with the goals of our sales and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with TRS customer base, including food service operators and owners
• Navigate company software & technology to support customer needs and position requirements
• Plan efficient travel routes to meet local business customers on a recurring basis
• Increase local branch sales by converting new prospects into active customers and re-engaging inactive and lapsed customers
• Communicate pertinent information to sales team at local branch through established methods
• Provide relevant competitor invoices to communicate customer buying trends and competitor information to local store
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available products
