The Restaurant Store is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to communicate the advantages of shopping with TRS across the Jacksonville market, maintaining a positive image of the local branch and driving field marketing initiatives aligned with sales leadership.

This role requires building relationships with food service operators, using MS Office to manage B2B contacts, planning efficient visits, and turning prospects into regular customers while staying adaptable to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or field marketing / sales
• Experience using MS Office Suite to maintain business-to-business relationships
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate with TRS customer base, including food service operators and owners
• Navigate company software & technology to support customer needs and position requirements
• Plan efficient travel routes to meet with local business customers on recurring basis
• Increase local branch sales by converting new prospects into active customers and re-engaging inactive and lapsed customers into regular purchasers with TRS
• Communicate pertinent information to sales team at local branch through established communication methods
• Communicate customer buying trends and competitor information to local store by providing relevant competitor invoices
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available products
