JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a personable, organized, and motivated Field Marketing Ambassador to represent High Profile Cannabis Shops across our four Kentucky locations. In this highly visible, patient-facing role, you will serve as the ambassador of our mobile patient drive program, traveling between locations to support patient outreach events. Our Kentucky store locations include Lexington, Wilder, London, and soon to be Shelbyville, Kentucky. Responsibilities include transporting and setting up event equipment and materials, welcoming and assisting patients, coordinating with nurse practitioners, and ensuring each event is executed smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and passionate about creating a positive and seamless experience for every patient.

JOB DUTIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

Field Operations
  • Drive a company Sprinter van daily to designated Kentucky patient drive locations
  • Professionally set up and tear down all event materials (tents/tables), signage, and equipment at each location
  • Ensure all spaces are clean, organized, visually appealing, and brand-consistent before patient arrival.
  • Transport and safeguard all supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Create social content and maintain social media platforms around patient drive events (more details to follow)
Patient Experience
  • Serve as the first point of contact -- warmly greet and check in patients with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage patient flow and communicate wait times to keep the experience smooth and stress-free.
  • Accurately track and log all patients seen at each event.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in compliance with applicable standards.
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Build and maintain a statewide event calendar with 1-2 months lead time.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling with nurse practitioners and internal retail and marketing teams.
  • Communicate proactively with clinical staff about patient volume, timing, and any day-of changes.
  • Manage day-of logistics to keep events on schedule.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating a large Sprinter van.
  • Notary license (or willingness and ability to obtain one promptly after hire)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Attention to detail, consistently achieves desired outcomes on time and with a minimum of avoidable errors and issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- warm, professional, and patient-focused
  • Availability Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional weekend events as needed.
  • Must be located in or willing to travel throughout Kentucky on a weekly basis.
Preferred
  • Prior experience in patient-facing, healthcare, or event coordination role
  • Experience with scheduling software or CRM/patient tracking tools
