OVERVIEW

The Field Marketing Account Supervisor plays an important role in driving business growth and success through strategic marketing initiatives. This job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position, highlighting the importance of strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills. By effectively managing market-level marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends, the Field Marketing Account Supervisor contributes to the overall success of the organization and helps to drive results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans to achieve lead generation goals and support conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop and execute targeted market-based campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing team to create compelling and localized consumer-focused content, such as collateral, localized partnership and co-marketing creative assets, website enhancements, training assets, and broker materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including ROI, lead volume, conversion rates, and sales pipeline impact.
  • Provide regular reports on regional marketing activities, results, and forecasts.
  • In partnership with our brand strategist, conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify regional trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and coordinate local trade shows and events to maximize brand exposure and generate leads. Additionally, support recruitment to attract local talent for open positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the market level, including key center staff and community influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve regional marketing strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in developing and executing lead funnel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences within the assigned region.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a field marketing or regional marketing role. Advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
