Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer to engage prospects at events, home shows and canvassing locations. You will schedule appointments, demonstrate products, and represent the brand with energy and professionalism.

The role is part-time with an hourly base pay of $15.00–$19.00 plus weekly commissions. Flexibility for weekends and travel is required, and a base of reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated with competitive spirit.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours and walk 4-8 hours.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel 10% and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects while canvassing at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting.
• Maintain company appearance and attire standards.
• Display a positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media and company culture.
