Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer to act as a brand ambassador at events, canvassing neighborhoods, and setting in-home appointments for the sales team. This role emphasizes a high-energy, appearance-conscious, and proactive approach to engaging potential clients across shows, fairs, and home events.

Base pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, plus commissions; top performers can earn more with ongoing weekly commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated with competitive spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Canvass and engage prospects at events, home shows, conventions, festivals and fairs.
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting.
• Maintain appearance standards and professional attire.
• Maintain a positive attitude and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media and company culture.
• Use mobile tech for data entry.
