Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer (Events) to serve as a brand ambassador at events, home shows, and festivals. You will schedule appointments, demonstrate products, and uphold brand standards with enthusiasm and strong client interaction.

The role is hourly with commission potential, and offers a base pay of $16.00 to $19.00 per hour plus weekly commissions. Weekend work is required, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Able to work well in team environments and independently.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.
• Willing to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects at events, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Schedule appointments for sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products at events.
• Contribute to internal social media and company culture efforts.
• Maintain professional appearance and time management.
