No experience required, with a guaranteed $20/hour and uncapped bonuses. The role runs Monday–Friday with paid training from Day 1 and opportunities for growth.

You'll introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions, create interest, and set qualified appointments for sales reps. Outdoor, daytime activity and a team-focused environment are expected.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Marketer, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
• Create interest and answer basic questions
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals
