Job summary

Mulhall's in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead our landscape maintenance crews. You’ll drive safety, coach a large team, and manage property plans, crew routes, and job costs, partnering with Account Managers to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

You will build a culture of excellence, deliver clear directions, and model collaboration in a hands-on, fast-paced environment that serves our community and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape experience.
• Ability to independently coordinate the activities of multiple landscape crews.
• Experience leading a team in landscape, property management, custodial service, or other similar spaces.
• Spanish and English language skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large team by holding regular 1:1s, modeling strong management, and sharing key information across roles and departments.
• Provide constructive feedback using Radical Candor and coach team members for growth and accountability.
• Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing policies, training the team, and recognizing safe practices in the field.
• Own the maintenance process by building property plans, managing crew routes and hours, and working with Account Managers to ensure smooth job execution.
• Review time entries, material allocations, and job costs daily to keep work tickets complete.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Field Manager, you’ll report to the Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll help lead and support our Field Team, keeping focus on our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
