Job summary

Generator Standby Systems in Metro Atlanta, GA is hiring a Field Manager to lead residential and commercial installation crews. This hands-on leadership role requires strong electrical and gas plumbing experience, a focus on safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

You'll train and mentor field personnel, inspect jobsites, coordinate materials and vendors, and liaise with inspectors to maintain compliance with NEC and local codes while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical, gas plumbing, generator installation, or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, natural gas and propane piping, standby generator installations, NEC and building codes.
• Proven leadership experience managing field personnel.
• Ability to read plans and troubleshoot complex installations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee residential and commercial installation crews
• Hold installers accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Train, coach, and mentor field personnel
• Perform job site inspections and quality control
• Order all materials and parts required for upcoming installations
