The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication with homeowners, problem solving in the field, and maintaining high standards. Training will be provided; outdoor work is required and leadership experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of installers and service technicians.
• Oversee daily job execution, installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Train and develop team members in installation techniques, troubleshooting, professionalism, and safety.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and job readiness with the Office Manager and Warehouse Manager.
• Communicate professionally with upscale residential and commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities for lighting enhancements, upgrades, and service plan upsells.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain quality control.

Pay: $23-$29/hour plus Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is seeking a professional, hands-on Field Manager to oversee field operations, lead a team of installers and service technicians, and deliver exceptional outdoor lighting projects for upscale residential and commercial clients.

This is not a technician role. We are looking for a strong leader who can manage people, communicate professionally with homeowners, solve problems in the field, and maintain high standards of quality and service. Experience in outdoor lighting not required. Lighting design and technical skills will be developed through company-provided training.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Field Operations

Lead and manage a team of installers and service technicians

Oversee daily job execution, installations, repairs, and upgrades

Train and develop team members in installation techniques, troubleshooting, professionalism, and safety

Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards

Coordination & Organization

Coordinate schedules, materials, and job readiness with the Office Manager and Warehouse Manager

Ensure trucks, tools and materials remain organized and stocked

Customer Experience

Communicate professionally with upscale residential and commercial clients

Represent the company with professionalism and strong customer service

Identify opportunities for lighting enhancements, upgrades, and service plan upsells

Safety & Accountability

Enforce jobsite safety standards

Maintain quality control and attention to detail across all projects

Hold team members accountable to company expectations and performance standards

Qualifications

Leadership or crew management experience required

Organized, dependable, and proactive

Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Comfortable occasionally meeting homeowners in the evenings

Valid drivers license required with clean record
